This cheese is a product I like in the refrigerator at all times...It is good to lop off a wedge for snacking, excellent for grating and the wonderful aroma even excites our Babe(Basset) when the frig door just opens. Can't get better than that.

I have just found this PC blue menu cheese and it is one of the best cheeses yet. The flavour it good and it is lower in calories and fat.. It is now on my shopping list.

Pc blue menu cheese is very soft and always fresh and adds a bold chedder taste to whatever recipe you make.It is the healthy way to go and i feel great feeding pc blue menu cheese to my daughter.I only buy all pc products and will stick to this brand.

Recently I purchased PC Blue Menu Light Marble Cheese and was delighted with the flavour and texture. Despite being a lower fat product, it was not crumbly or dry like similar offerings from other brands. Melted beautifully and was thoroughly impressed that no one in my family suspected that it was a lower fat product. Thank you PC!

This cheese is great, you can use it for just about anything. love to use this cheese in my jalapino peppers makes great poppers. Its also a very good price.

I love cheese but I also know that it isn't the best for you in excess...just how I like to eat it (excess). I love that this is light cheese. Tastes great and light. What more can I ask for?

For a light cheese this is one of the best I've found. I use it in everything from salads to grilled cheese and find that the texture is close to full-fat cheese and it melts well - a quality that most light cheeses don't have.
Good price, too.

This cheese is the perfect size for a 2 person family, and it is delicious! Why pay more for Cracker Barrel cheese, when PC is just as good, if not better!

I love using this cheese for my family. It is healthy, and I find it has a better texture than most cheeses when it is melted. Also, it's affordable! (Which is why I love PC!)

I really enjoy this cheese, The first time I bought it was becasue of the low cost it was $3 to $4 difference then the band name cheese . My family didn't notice a difference in the taste, it's a great cheese to eat on it's own or to add to your favorate dish. I have added this to my shopping list every week. Thanks PC
