Not the 'best' but still a 5 star meatless burger

For a meatless product (burger), this is a great choice. I did find the taste of the burger took a while for me to get used to (and I've eaten veggie/meatless burgers for years), but now that I'm used to it, I crave these burgers like one would olives (for those of us who have acquired a taste for those beauties!).
The cons are few, though I do believe that PC could do better with lowering the Trans fat and Saturated fat in these burgers. The PC Blue menu variety seems to have 'disappeared' from our local Superstore, and I actually preferred those to the non-Blue menu burgers.
With that said, since another store chain has discontinued their meatless (soy) burgers I loved, these are now, in my opinion, the best in the mass market grocery stores. I buy them almost weekly and they're devoured! Love them!

I enjoy meat, but enjoy an alternative (especially with veggie friends/family). These are great! They taste wonderful and don't fall apart. And they are extremely filling! I can hardly eat a whole one. :)

As a vegetarian for 3 years, I am an experienced veggie-burger eater, and these are delicious! Whether you cook them on the grill or on the stove, they're always juicy and have a great taste. There are so many tasteless veggie burgers out there, but these are really good! They're also pretty big and very filling, and even meat-lovers have told me they liked them.

We serve these as well as the soy burgers when we have company over for a BBQ. They are great - we saute some onions, mushroom and garlic and have various condiments. Really good option as we are a vegetarian family and for those who have not, should be decreasing their intake of all animal proteins. Thanks for a great product.

They were okay, they're alot more high calorie and larger than other veggie burgers, which I don't really like as I'm not a huge eater. They taste alright

I love these burgers. I usually cook them right from the freezer, quickly under the broiler and have barbecued them as well. I like that they are not overly seasoned so I can put out a variety of burger toppings when I serve them. PC pickles go well on them as well as the usual lettuce, tomatos, mayo, etc. I too have served them to meat eaters who never suspected they were eating meatless patties. The only burger I like better is the PC Portobello Swiss meatless patty. As a long time vegetarian I love that PC have so many choices for me. And no I don't work for PC!!

I prepared these burgers on the grill and in a frying pan, and still they turned out mushy. Not at all appetizing, which is too bad, because they taste ok.

I don't know if these have changed or if I've changed. I bought these a year or two ago, then again recently -- I don't remember disliking them so much before. I've been eating much less processed food over the last couple of years, so perhaps it's just that I'm tasting these more accurately now. It's a shame these don't live up to their "world's best" name, because to help out the planet I've cut back on the number of meat-based meals we eat each week, and am always looking for good-tasting vegetarian ideas. I'm still looking for a really good meatless burger -- this is definitely not it.

The good things about this product are that it is larger than most veggie patties making for a more filling meal and that it cooks quite easily on the grill. The downsides are the flavor which is very soy heavy, but not offensive to a vegetarian palate, a very mushy texture when cooked in a frying pan, and a higher price than some of the competition. I will have no problem finishing the box I bought, but I don't think this product is a good introduction for someone new to meat alternatives or for fooling the in-laws. Don't let the name mislead you though, this product is nothing like the World's Best Meatless Chicken Breasts which are definitely a 5 star product.

I decided to try a meatless burger since I am trying to reduce the amount of beef my husband eats. He loved them!!! I sprinkled garlic on them to give them extra taste and he never knew the difference. They cook up fast and looked like beef. My first experience with meatless and it was a success. I will buy them more frequently (in between the Prime Rib Burgers you make.

This burger has a great texture that is similar to a meat burger. I would like it to have more spices or herb though, but overall I would definitely buy it again.

I guess they are alright when you put all the 'fixins' on them... but when you actually taste the plain patty there was NO taste... mushy texture- it made my boyfriend eat hardly any of it ; less than half - and he eats anything.
I would NOT recommend this to anyone... sorry, but it's true.
